I attend court and I also do separation agreements for clients. I attempt to resolve clients' matrimonial issues in the most cost effective way. I believe collaborative practice can be the most practical manner in which to resolve family law disputes. I believe the family court system should be a last resort when trying to settle a family law matter. I believe that collaborative lawyers are providing a service to the public which benefits the client, the lawyer, and the court system by keeping matters out of court.
